After entering your code and clicking the connect button,
click "Run":
Click "Run" again to start the installation of the
customer applet:
When the technician starts the remote control, you will be
asked to click "Yes" to grant
them permission and then they will be able to control your PC remotely:
This is the customer applet, where you can chat with the
technician,
transfer files, or even end the session if you wish by clicking the "X"
in the upper right hand corner:
