Residential Service Plans

Our service plans are great for people who are looking to keep their computers up and running well and who would like to get the most out of their technology.

Platinum Level - $50 per month
This plan includes coverage for 2 computers (Additional PC's cost $15 / month extra and add 1/2 hour onto maintenance visits)

• Includes paid subscription for AVG Anti-Spyware software (for all PCs on your plan)
• Quarterly Maintenance Visits (4 - 2 hour visits) - These are for upkeep of virus & spyware protection, answering general questions, fixing basic problems, etc.
• Off-Site Phone Support / Remote Desktop Support (4 hours) - These are for answering basic questions or fixing basic problems that arose outside of the on-site visits.
   

Gold Level - $25 per month
This plan includes coverage for 2 computers (Additional PC's cost $10 / month extra and add 1/2 hour onto maintenance visits)

• Bi-yearly maintenance visits (2 - 2 hour visits) - These are for upkeep of virus & spyware protection, answering general questions, fixing basic problems, etc.
• Off-Site Phone Support / Remote Desktop Support (4 hours) - These are for answering basic questions or fixing basic problems that arose outside of the on-site visits.

All service contracts include 24 hour response time
